A majority of the blogs I have written have primarily been about Tenth Day Roasters and what I’ve been up to. In terms of new coffees, or specials etc.
Beginning soon I will expand the focus of this blog to include other topics, ideas, stories and issues covered.

What do you want to see covered in future blogs?
can you talk about roasting profiles-i.e roasting light for slow brew, darker for espresso, and how much of a difference it makes. I think that some big roasters may have focused to much on S-O coffees and roasting light to bring out bright fruity flavours, and not maintaining the excellent quality of their blends.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely a topic I am keen to develop a greater understanding on! So a great reason for me to research further. And hopefully see my roasting become even better, as I trial new ideas or techniques.
